Our recruitment process has been built on over 25 years experience of selecting the best candidates for our clients and ensuring absolute confidence in compliance with our clients policies and UK legislation. 

We have a comprehensive training programme for our staff to ensure that they maintain our record of being one of the most effective recruiters in the industry. The key to our success is understanding our customers organisations so that when recruiting we are both skills matching to the position and making sure that candidates fit in with the culture of our customers business. 

All candidates are put through a 50 point screening process to ensure that they meet the required criterias to register with Assist including:
  • Face to face interview
  • Comprehensive eligibility to work checks
  • Health and criminal record disclosure
  • Communication skills testing (including literacy)
  • Reference checking from their employment history
  • Availability to work
All of this information in then processed through our in house IT platform Evolve TM which provides complete confidence that successful registration has been achieved. 

Induction Training
All candidates will attend a pre start induction with Assist prior to their placement at which time we will deliver a client based safety and familiarisation induction to each candidate. In many cases this includes training such as Food Hygiene, First Aid and general Health & Safety training. All training is recorded on our evolve system and available for real time audit by our clients. 

Compliance Auditing
Our compliance team are responsible for audting all standards across our business and carry out detailed audits of all recruitment decisions that are made including a review of documentation used to assess eligiblity to work. Our consultants and service delivery staff are rewarded on thier compliance standards which has produced a high performance culture in our business. 
 

Our in-house IT platform evolve handles the complete recruitment process, from registration, to timesheet processing through to invoice and payment.

We are able to give our customers a complete paperless solution with compete transparency to monitor performance in real time.
